nnuendo? More like full-on sexual vibes! Welcome to After Dark 🕛 🌃, a column featuring songs that are best suited for nighttime, specifically, the bedroom.  Like Controversial Tunes 😈🎶, the records featured here raise eyebrows.  The difference between the songs of CONTROVERSY and DARK? These songs specifically focus on the universal topic of S-E-X. The dark records gracing After Dark are old and new alike, with all genres of music welcome.  On the 23rd edition of After Dark, we explore the naughty, risqué & utterly sexual vibes behind, 🎵 “Dick” by 🎙 StarBoi3

Theme & Lyrics

Guys are obsessed with their junk – facts.  It’s not debatable folks. Furthermore, hip-hop artists love to brag about ‘the love below.’ 🎙 StarBoi3 doesn’t even try to hide it – it ‘pokes’ right out 🍆.  When the name of your single is 🎵 “Dick,” it’s clear what the theme of the record is.  For our rapper, he informs us just how awesome the pleasure he’s experiencing, courtesy of his girl.

“She done made some plans with my dick, ayy
She goin’ HAM on my dick, ayy
Sittin’ on, stand on my dick, ayy
She goin’ HAM on my, she goin' ham on my.”

Wow… just wow.  The outlandishness doesn’t stop there, folks.  “She not with Jim tonight / She in the gym tonight,” StarBoi3 asserts, continuing, “Work out in that pussy / I’m gettin’ ripped tonight / R.I.P. that pussy / I’m goin’ in tonight.” Jesus!  He’s not done either, continuing to be explicit AF.  On the first verse, there’s screaming, sucking, and a reference to a Vanilla Ice classic…  Moving on to his partner in crime, Doja Cat, she doesn’t let up either.

“He got me horny and ripped, uh
Like I just walked out the gym
And them bitches is gutted ‘cause I took they Jim
Give him a job and he gave me a rim.”

My, my, my… That rim is NOT the basketball rim. The end of her verse is nuts – questionable choice of words, I know!

“And why he in your tummy, bye bye to my ribs
Turn him to a dummy ‘cause I got him stiff
And watch, you think it's funny ‘til y’all get the dick
And turn into a zombie and swallow your clit.”

Music Video 🎶📼

The theme and lyrics ‘take the cake’ on “Dick.” That said, the song gets a suggestive animated music video 🎶📼 that’s at least worth mentioning.  No, there’s no pornography, but the video makes it clear that sex is on the minds of StarBoi3 and Doja Cat.  I mean, there’s sexy motions being made, fruit and vegetables, a creamy, white, milky liquid… You really just have to see it for yourself!

Final Thoughts 💭

Bitmoji Image“Dick” just screams After Dark 🕛 🌃, period. There’s nothing the least bit transcendent.  It’s a novel, rap banger about ‘getting some.’  Both artists make it clear that the pleasure is lit.  Also, StarBoi3 leaves no doubt that he’s talking about his D… he utters the word ‘dick’ over and over and over.  Is this a great song? Of course not, but again, tailor made for After Dark.
