In the 61^st edition of Spicy Tunez (2026), we explore the controversial, eyebrow-raising, naughty, sexed-up vibes behind “WET T-SHIRT” by Ruby Waters.

Ooh-la-la, Ruby Waters! The Canadian singer-songwriter has a universal three-letter word in mind on her 2025 single, “WET T-SHIRT.” Yes, L-O-V-E is involved, but the spicy, sexier moments catch the ear the most! Waters composed “WET T-SHIRT” alongside AL P (Alexander Puodziukas) and Zachary Zanardo.  AL P and Zanardo produced it.  The sound is well-rounded, with a fabulous guitar tone, a prominent bass line, and a solid groove carried by the drums.  Of course, the star of the show is Ruby, who brings the heat with expressive vocals and captivating lyrics and tuneful melodies.

The sexual innuendo is ‘through the roof’ on “WET T-SHIRT.” In the second verse, Ruby Waters is at her most overt: “Ass up, face down, yeah pull my hair.” How does she want to feel? “Out of body or anywhere.” Noted.  After she proclaims that ‘he’s the one,’ in the chorus, she sings, “You got that deep, deep loving, I need it / Do what you want to me / I’ll give it all to you.” Oh, snap 🫰! In the post-chorus, Ruby adds, “I swear to god you put me in a coma.” In the bridge, she desires a faster tempo… when they’re ‘doing it,’ of course: “Rev me up, babe, let’s go fast /… Feel the pressure, ‘bout to blast / On the edge, yeah, make this last.” On “WET T-SHIRT,” Ruby Waters is thirsty, and clearly, he’s the one to quench her thirst and fulfill her desires. Fun fact: a wet T-shirt is never mentioned in the lyrics 🤷🏾‍♂️!
