L.A. singer-songwriter nate sib taps Aussie pop standout The Kid LAROI for the brief but electrifying “Face Card – The Kid LAROI Remix.”
“‘Cause with that face card, you could be my lover.” Los Angeles singer-songwriter nate sib (Nathan Joseph Subbiondo) released his single, “Face Card”, in July 2026. The remix, dubbed “Face Card – The Kid LAROI Remix,” arrived at the end of October. As the title suggests, Sib collaborates with Grammy-nominated pop standout The Kid LAROI (Charlton Howard). Subbiondo, Howard, Jonah Abraham, and Billy Walsh composed “Face Card – The Kid LAROI Remix.” Sib and Abraham produced it.
“Face Card – The Kid LAROI Remix” is fun out of the gate. The beat is danceable and energetic AF. IT SLAPS! The production and overall sound of the remix slaps, as well. The Kid LAROI brings swagger to the performance, drawing first blood. “Don’t mean to stare, but girl, you got me stunned,” he asserts, and adds, “Ayyy, bring your friends so we can all have fun.” Oh, snap! Ooh-wee, we’ve got a ladies’ man! The Kid continues to hold the reins in the second verse. “Uh, everybody’s watchin’ you dance,” he sings, and adds, “Baby, show me how to make it personal, yeah (Yeah) / We could disappear, leave ‘em here, I can make it worth it.” No explanation necessary – my man SAID what he SAID, PERIODT! Given the amount of TKL, it’s no surprise that the remix features his name in the title. Still, nate sib gets in on the action during the chorus and bridge. The chorus is the crème de la crème – the crowning achievement!
“I know I’ll never find another
I’ll cuff you winter, spring, or summer
Ain’t getting no younger, baby
Are you my future baby mother? (You could be, you could be)
‘Cause with that face card, you could be my lover (With that face card, you could be my—).”
The first chorus, it’s all nate. The Kid LAROI assists in the final two choruses, as well as the bridge, an extension of the chorus, essentially. Ultimately, “Face Card – The Kid LAROI Remix” is fun. The Kid LAROI delivers, nate holds it down, rocking the chorus, and the songwriting and production are #winning. All in all, a BOP!
