In the 34^th edition of Dazzling Duets (2026), Annie Tracy and Leon Thomas collaborate on “Catching Feelings – Remix”. Let the dazzle begin!

WORD! What happens when Annie Tracy (Annie Tracy Marsh) and Leon Thomas collaborate? Magic. Following their impressive “Catching Feelings”, which appeared on Tracy’s 2025 EP, Scared of Heights, the duo ups the ante with “Catching Feelings – Remix,” released in 2026. Tracy, Thomas, Christopher “Tricky” Stewart, and William Lovely composed the remix. Stewart and OMY produced it.

“Catching Feelings – Remix” re-ups “Catching Feelings.” It features a soulful backdrop, anchored by a rhythmic groove.  Annie Tracy draws first blood, performing the first verse superbly.  She sings with a beautiful tone, delivering incredibly expressive vocals.  The melody is tuneful, while the lyrics are memorable and sexy. “Reclining my seat back for a minute / Moonroof view while you hit it,” she sings, and continues, “Luckily these windows tinted / This hits different.” Oh, snap! Tracy goes on to perform the first chorus, the centerpiece.

“We were catching feelings on the way

Before we even made it to the place

Tell the homies sorry that we’re late

When I’m with you the world just fades away

This ain’t just no ordinary thing

I fuck with you way harder than it seems.”

Leon Thomas takes over the reins during the second verse. As always, he is soulful to the nth degree; he sings with a buttery smooth tone. “Temptation blowin’ up my line like a debt collector / Ex-girl dead to me, but I might resurrect her,” Thomas sings, and continues, “Blocked all summer but she poppin’ up on my feed again / Think she finally realized I’m what she need again.” After another superb chorus, performed by both, Tracy sounds electrifying during the steamy bridge section (“Didn’t even make it that far / We pulled over and we made love in the car”). Thomas contributes some impressive runs. The final chorus is incredibly high-flying, with both vocalists showcasing their immense skills.  Ultimately, “Catching Feelings – Remix” is a fierce, high-flying duet between two talented musicians.  The original is solid, but the remix ups the ante.
