Scanning the Charts 📉 isn’t extensive, but rather short and sweet.  This week, we list 7 observations from the Billboard 200 📉,  and 8 observations from the Billboard Hot 100 📉, with 🎙 Encanto continuing its chart domination, and West Coast rapper 🎙 Yeat debuting in the top 10 of the Billboard 200.

Billboard 200 📉

💭 It should come as no surprise that 💿 Encanto spends a seventh week atop the Billboard 200.  As stated last week, it appears to be unstoppable!

💭 West Coast rapper 🎙 Yeat earns a top-10 debut with 💿 2 Alive (no. 6).

💭 🎙 Beach House debuts at no. 12 with 💿 Once Twice Melody.  

💭 🎙 Khruangbin and 🎙 Leon Bridges land a top-25 debut with their 💿 Texas Moon (EP) (no. 23). 

💭 🎙 Oliver Tree debuts quietly at no. 60 with 💿 Cowboy Tears.

💭 After debuting modestly at no. 14, 🎙 Mary J. Blige,  The Queen of hip-hop soul, sees 💿 Good Morning Gorgeous, free fall to no. 81 in its second week. OUCH!

💭 🎙 Conan Gray sees his 2020, gold-certified debut album, 💿 Kid Krow, re-enter the Billboard 200 at no 121 in its 32^nd week. Kid Krow originally debuted at no. 5.
