Myylo, Bored to Tears | Track Review 🎵

“Bored to Tears” of lame boys, there’s nothing the least bit boring about the latest pop bop courtesy of the musical gift that is Myylo.

Grammy-winner Dua Lipa enlists fellow Grammy-winners Madonna and Missy Elliott for the hella groovy “Levitating (The Blessed Madonna Remix).”

Charlie Puth continues to show musical growth and maturity on the positive single “Hard on Yourself,” featuring blackbear.

After generating little buzz musically in the back half of the 2010s, Miley Cyrus comes out strong in 2020 with single “Midnight Sky.”

“Rager teenager!” marks the best single from In a Dream, the highly anticipated EP from South African/Australian pop standout Troye Sivan.

Sam Smith continues to churn out new music in advance of his TBD third studio album. On “My Oasis,” they’re assisted by Burna Boy.

Dan + Shay return with an enjoyable country-pop record with “I Should Probably Go to Bed,” though it could use more depth and development.

Jeremy Zucker impresses on “Supercuts,” where he talks himself out of a relationship because, we “Started something that we’re just gonna end.”

Jason Derulo plans to “Take You Dancing” – 😎. Yet, the dancing he refers to on the infectious pop single references skills in the bedroom.

ROLE MODEL shines with his relatable, short but sweet single, “blind,” about being infatuated with the most gorgeous girl he’s ever seen.

“Nobody’s Love,” the first new single by Maroon 5 in 2020 is pleasant and sleekly produced but feels formulaic and a hair too safe.

Though totally inoffensive & respectable, Kygo falls short of recapturing the magic of Tina Turner’s “What’s Love Got to Do with It.”
