Katy Perry, Smile | Track Review 🎵

The exuberant, uplifting single “Smile” is just what the doctor ordered for Grammy-nominated pop star Katy Perry as well as for her fans.

Summer Walker provides an incredibly chill vibe and pleasant listening experience on her EP, Life on Earth (EP), but could use more punch.

Myylo lightens up a hellacious 2020 with the absolutely, laugh out loud hilarious, ‘hot dad crushing’ bop, “Kiss on Your Dad.”

Sufjan Stevens wows with “America,” the lengthy but incredibly deep and thoughtful promo single from his 2020 album, The Ascension.

Ellie Goulding drops the fourth track off of the EG.0 portion of her fourth studio album, Brightest Blue, “Slow Grenade” featuring Lauv.

Kanye West, assisted by Travis Scott, drops a conscious, effective banger (sans profanity mind you) with “Wash Us in the Blood.”

Give G-Eazy credit for experimenting on Everything’s Strange Here, but he’s best suited as a rapper as opposed to an alternative artist.

Standout alternative pop singer/songwriter Melanie Martinez shines on “Fire Drill,” her second single of 2020 following “Copy Cat”.

Standouts Jonas Blue and MAX join forces on the irresistibly delicious, naughty, and suggestive pop single, “Naked.”

Ever unapologetic, Juicy J delivers his own protest anthem with “Hella F**kin’ Trauma (Enough is Enough),” produced by and sampling himself.
