🎶 The Single Notez 🎶:

➕ Steve Aoki puts his own spin on “My Way” with this dance remix

➕ Aoki provides additional brightness to this exuberant, positive track with colorful synths and tight drum programming

➕ Aloe Blacc remains expressive, nuanced; serves up a positive, well-rounded vocal

➖ The faster tempo takes away from soul from the original

➖ Was a remix really necessary for the crème de la crème of 💿 All Love Everything?

🖊 Memorable lyric:

“I can make it through this
You can throw the world in my face
But the fear gives me life
And I swear ‘til I die
I’m gonna do it my way.”

🔏 In Closing:  Steve Aoki transforms the Aloe Blacc gem 🎵 “My Way” into a more danceable version that’s enjoyable but doesn’t dare supplant the more soulful original.
