‘Change The World‘ by Sabi is a release that speaks volumes, and it starts as it means to go on with Sabi getting down to business in quick succession. Furthermore, he sings with meaning, and his poignant delivery leaves an indent. Vocally, he is flying high, and his tone arrives sharper than the serpent’s tooth.
Musically, there is plenty of talking points within the mix. Moreover, the beat provides a cadence that swings with delight, especially when it gets into full gear in the midsection. Likewise, there is a reggae flow that will get the sternest of listenings tapping along.
As the track progresses, Sabi Pitt gets even more profound with his lyrical wordplay, and he does not shy away from expressing his opinion of society. As a result, he speaks for the world with his story evoking an emotion of wanting to take positive action in a world that needs our help.
Also, ‘Change The World‘ provides a clever structure given that although the message is deep and thoughtful, the musical flow keeps the enthusiasm flowing and prevents the track from becoming somewhat of a sad piece. Instead, it is upbeat, and the feel-good groove is inspiring. But will it be enough to cement Sabi’s name in the songbook? Only time will tell.
