lly E is the alt-rocker who has made a name for himself in the present scene. He is a prodigy in his own right, demonstrating that an anthemic record does not require a full band!

Furthermore, the artist residing in the United Kingdom appears to work best when alone in his studio. Why do we say this? Because his best work has always come when he puts everything together himself, as with his new single, ‘Rise Above‘. The new tune exemplifies his talent, as he brings a unique quality to the forefront while also digging into his personal influences.

One of the reasons why ‘Rise Above‘ is such a spectacular listen is the diverse spectrum of sounds that emanate from it. It’s jam-packed with goodies, and the route frequently changes, giving the structure an unpredictable rhythm. This strategy keeps us on our toes because, just as we expect it to go one way, it goes the opposite way.

Olly E is in top form, lyrically. His message is clear, and it is chock-full of optimism. It’s all about overcoming a terrible situation, and while the subject isn’t specified, many people will associate it with the COVID-19 pandemic that has swept the globe. Furthermore, the upbeat expression that pushes us to get up and move is ideally suited to the times we live in, and it provides Olly E with the relatable quality that will propel him forward.
