“That’s why it switches on my glee, pussy (Go, go) / And we put bump stock, .223, pussy (Go, go).” Woo! Rapper 🎙 Moneybagg Yo is back with another new single, 🎵 “GO!” As you can tell by the aforementioned lines, “GO!”, the third single from 💿 A Gangsta’s Pain (April 23, 2021), isn’t the least bit soft.  Also, worth noting, it isn’t Moneybagg who performs the majority of those excerpted lyrics from the chorus. He enlists 🎙 BIG30 for the assist.  Besides performing the chorus, BIG30 also gets his own verse on this two-minutes and change joint.

“GO!” features production courtesy of 🎛 Real Red, 🎛 FOREVEROLLING, and 🎛 Flex. Naturally, the minor-key backdrop is fuel for both performers’ fire.  Moneybagg Yo is tough AF on the first verse, exuding confidence (“Choppers and my dollars up, shooters hungry, get gobbled up”), referencing drip (“All white guts, bitch can’t sit in here on her time of the month”), weed, and of course, sex. The flow is awesome. Likewise, BIG30 rides the beat like a champ, also exuding toughness with references violence, drugs, and sex – at least to some extent (“Ayy, I’m slidin’ with thotty, I’m slidin’ with a nigga, bitch / Just got the drop from the lil’ ho, stop thinkin’ with ya dick”). If nothing else, again, the flow is stellar and the rhymes quite entertaining.

Final Thoughts 💭

Will “GO!” change your life? No.  It might not even transform your playlist.  That said, it’s a sweet little banger.  Moneybagg Yo and BIG30 bring the heat.  The producers pump up the clients.  It’s short mind you, but definitely much sweeter than not.
