Logan Paul, No Handlebars © Maverick MediaYouTube extraordinaire Logan Paul ‘can ride your girl with no handlebars,’ according to his ridiculous, ‘bike-sexual’ single, “No Handlebars.”

According to Logan Paul, he “can ride your girl with no handlebars,” or so he asserts on single, “No Handlebars.” The ripped, older Paul brother continues to “live the good life,” making bank from his YouTube career.  There’s no shame in the game of course, but as for this song – it’s corny to the nth degree.

Pros first.  It just crosses the two-and-a-half-minute mark.  Furthermore, the production is sleek – typical of contemporary rap with its trap-oriented sound.  The pre-chorus and chorus sections are catchy, if nothing else.  Logan Paul isn’t exactly increasing brain cells on either section, but at least it’s memorable. Also, give Paul a pro for the flow – it’s fitting and enjoyable enough.  Examined for what this is, a comedy-rap joint, its sound.

Now the cons. As aforementioned, this is corny – utterly ridiculous.  The rhymes are silly, nonsensical, and drenched in innuendo. Sex runs rampant, with numerous comments about her body and the end of the experience.  That means we endure played out lines incorporating the Jacuzzi (“When she come it wet, Jacuzzi”) and about her butt (“My bike make that ass look fat (she thick)” or “Got that Tesla ass”).  Been there, done that.

Final Thoughts

What does one make of Logan Paul? Depends.  In regards to “No Handlebars,” a song that makes an appearance on the top 200 iTunes songs, it should be taken with a grain of salt.  While there’s cringe here, at least you know in advance that Paul is not taking things seriously.  Memorable? Eh, we’ll forget about this one pretty quick in the long run.
