Oh, fuck! Kwn (pronounced kay-one, real name, Khyra Wilson) said what she said on “all fours” – at least, the intro that is.  “All fours” is the opener from the masculine-presenting, British R&B singer-songwriter’s 2026 EP, and all pride aside.  Wilson taps the versatile, Grammy-nominated DESTIN CONRAD for the assist on this steamy collaboration. “All fours” was written by kwn, CONRAD, and producer Louie Lastic.

“All fours” commences and all pride aside enigmatically. Sex is written all over the track before one lyrical vocal enters. Ultimately, this is a vibrant, warmly produced record.  The punchy drum programming gives “all fours” a bit more punch.  Similarly, kwn’s recurring effects-heavy manipulated vocals provide an edge that contrasts a generally smoother backdrop.  These vocals perform the fast-paced chorus, which includes real talk about commitment.

“I could never date a bitch that don’t wanna make me main course

I don’t want much, just want you obsessed with me, of course

Is this just sex, girl? What’s next? I need more

‘Cause respectfully, I could have any bitch on all fours

Got your favourite bitch and their favourite bitch in the corner

But none of that don’t mean shit when all I want is yours

I want you, even when you don’t want me

I guess karma came around and brought a player to their knees.”

Kwn sings in her traditional voice in the first verse. Like her manipulated vocals, she is confident in her game. At the end of the verse, she addresses this lady, asserting, “‘Cause I think you musta forgot that I can get any bitch that I want, and / You getting confident / You play with me every time / I don’t want it now, I don’t need any more from you, baby.” She delivers great ad-libs that complement those manipulated vocals from the chorus.  DESTIN CONRAD sings in the second verse, impressing us with his beautiful, nuanced pipes. “You give me nothing / But it’s everything,” he asserts, and adds, “Don’t wanna make love too long / Don’t want no wedding ring, it turns me on.” Noted.  He concludes his verse, complimenting the S Meets E, and then they X (“Sex is amazing, think I need more from you, baby”). CONRAD serves up subtle but lovely ad-libs during the chorus, where he also performs select lines with kwn. The outro caps things off, with eyebrow-raising moments like, “Only call me when you want dick, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick,” and the recurrence of the intro. All told, “All fours” is a fun one.  Definitely a sexy one.
