โ€œSaid fuck this town and like everyone in it!โ€ Gah-day-um, ๐ŸŽ™ glaive and ๐ŸŽ™ ericdoa! The duo doesnโ€™t mince words โ€“ particularly f-bombs โ€“ in their single, ๐ŸŽต โ€œfuck this townโ€. โ€œFuck this townโ€ appeared as the eighth and final track on their 2021 EP, ๐Ÿ’ฟ then Iโ€™ll be happy. Clearly on this fierce pop cut, which incorporates numerous styles, this town is NOT it! Neither are some of the town folk, specifically an ex, it appears. Maybe the town is sus but the energy being served up by both artists is impressive by all means!

The first verse sets the tone.ย  โ€œI turn my home into a ghost town,โ€ ericdoa asserts, with glaive responding, โ€œMaybe thatโ€™s why every single person going ghost now.โ€ ย Perhaps, perhaps. Trading lines, the duo continues, โ€œIโ€™ve been working too hard, why the fuck would I slow down? / People only care about you when it’s about to go down.โ€ Well, they have a point, right? The fierceness remains potent in the second verse, with ericdoa depicting a defunct relationship while glaive reflects on fakeness: โ€œRemember three months ago, they didnโ€™t care when I talked /โ€ฆ And Iโ€™m never coming back, becauseโ€ฆโ€ As entertaining as the verses are, the centerpiece is the chorus where the fuckery goes down, apparently for good reason. ย The boys bite:

โ€œSaid fuck this town and like everyone in it

Say youโ€™re mad at me, Iโ€™m just minding my business

She wanna dance with the devil but wonโ€™t pay him a visit

I bet Iโ€™ll see him soon โ€˜cause the way that Iโ€™m living.โ€

Bitmoji ImageBesides intriguing lyrics, the sound of this apologetic record, produced by ๐ŸŽ›๏ธ Glasear, youngkimj, and Whethan shines too. ๐ŸŽต โ€œfuck this townโ€ clocks in under two-minutes, but packs a significant, truly FIERCE punch!
