➕ Incredibly funky that groove gets the head nodding and feet tapping instantly – always a pro!

➕ Branjae serves up a well-rounded vocal performance; She’s fierce and highly effective without ever over-singing or being the least bit overwrought

➕ Great soulful cues throughout where the instrumentation is concerned: prominent bass line, rhythmic guitar riffs, horns, keys; Wright does a fantastic job with the production

➕ In addition to the funk sensibilities, I like the jazz cues as well; there’s overlap between the two
