BabyTron, J1Hunnit & MJPaid, Save Stress | Track Review 🎵

BabyTron, J1Hunnit, and MJPaid collaborate on the brief rap banger, “Save Stress.” While the single is enjoyable enough, it also feels a bit undercooked.

Rap bangers often come in brief packages, apparently. Rappers 🎙 BabyTron, 🎙 J1Hunnit, and 🎙 MJPaid collaborate on the brief single, 🎵 “Save Stress”, which runs under two-and-a-half minutes. It was produced by 🎛 Enrgy Beats. The backdrop is modest yet still potent.  It’s worth noting that there is no hook – it’s all verses performed by the three rappers.

BabyTron raps the first verse and arguably, the most memorable. “Hoes call me Naw Man, they never heard me say yes,” he raps, continuing, “I’ll get you stepped on for the low like it’s Payless /…. Fuck these hoes lil bro, you should save stress.” Ooh wee, BabyTron.  If you are familiar with him, he serves up his signature, quick-paced, confident flow. His energy can be characterized a chill – he spits fire, yet never gets too high. Also, expectedly, he shouts out his collective, 🎙 Shittyboyz. MJPaid follows with the second verse, spitting, “I was sick when I fucked up the whole load / How this bitch suck dick, she got dumb-dumb.” Charming 😏… Like BabyTron, MJPaid is confident, but with a cool delivery. J1Hunnit concludes the cut with the shortest verse.  His flow compels, but his verse sounds incomplete: “Why the fuck every time I get dressed I set a trend? / Why the fuck this bitch keep callin’ me her boyfriend?” All told, it’s always nice to hear rapper just spitting bars.  That said, 🎵 “Save Stress” feels a bit too brief and  undercooked.  It needed more.
