20 Songs All About Doin' It [📷: 88rising, Atlantic, Bread Winners’ Association, Cash Money, Columbia, CupcakKe, Def Jam, EMPIRE, Epic, GOOD, Hollywood, Interscope, Mass Appeal, Pixabay, RCA, Roc Nation, Slip N Slide, Strange Music]“20 Songs All About Doin’ It” features ‘pleasing’ music courtesy of Demi Lovato, Lil Peep, Maroon 5, Rihanna, and Tank among many others.

Let’s play a game.  The game is called GUESS THE WORD THAT I’M REFERENCING.  Here’s three hints. (1) There’s an element of pleasure involved…  (2) It’s a prevalent theme in music…  (2) It’s a three-letter word… Have you figured it out yet? If you guessed that the word being referenced is sex, then you’d be totally correct – you win! Popular music is chocked-full of sex, period – understatement.  Furthermore, sex isn’t a new concept in popular music, even if the way that it’s presented has changed and progressed over the years.   Sometimes, the lyrics tend to be more suggestive, opting for sexual innuendo.  At other times, the lyrics are blunt – flat out explicit.  This playlist features songs that encompass sex – songs that are “all about doin’ it.” Ah yes, we’re blessed with ‘pleasing’ music courtesy of Demi Lovato, Lil Peep, Maroon 5, Rihanna, and Tank among others.

1. Rich Brian, “Kitty”

Amen • 88rising / EMPIRE • 2018

Rich Brian, Amen © 88rising/EMPIRE“Let me tell a story ‘bout a boy named Brian / This is no fairy tale, no, that’s not what I’m implyin’ / This is really not the type rhyme, writing ‘bout flexin’ / Got some bitches on the phone but I’m really not replyin’ type shit.” Rich Brian made previous appearances on playlists (11 Songs Where Musicians Were Sexually Awakened and 11 Songs to Channel Your Inner Animal) with his ‘private-driven’ record, “Kitty.”

“Ain’t no game that I play when it comes to / Gettin’ that kitty out the cage for my night.” “Kitty” is the dirtiest and perhaps most outrageous song on the teen Indonesian rapper’s full-length debut album, Amen, capturing his ‘sexual awakening.’  Even as he’s ‘getting it in,’ there’s a humorous, twist.  After getting drunk, meeting “the girl of [his] dreams,” the virgin Brian has sex with her, gets caught by her mom, has his friend Mike pick him up, and finds out his ‘first’ was Mike’s sister.

2. CupcakKe, “Duck Duck Goose” & “Spoiled Milk Titties”

Ephorize • CupcakKe • 2018

cupcakKe, Ephorize © cupcakKeAh, what about a two-for-one deal? “Duck Duck Goose” is one of many records from Ephorize that raunchily depicts sex.  Like “Deepthroat”, the most infamous, outlandish record by rapper CupcakKe, she doesn’t restrain herself in the least.  The flow is impressive with agile, hard-nosed rhymes, but substance is eschewed.  Understatement!  The sex is truly ‘out of control’ on “Spoiled Milk Titties,” which is even filthier than the aforementioned “Duck Duck Goose.”

“Alter ego is a freak ho
Dick swimming like Finding Nemo
Bootyhole shaped like a zero
And the twat a upside down Dorito.”

WTF! Cringe, cringe, CRINGE! It actually gets even more X-rated, but you can listen/read the lyrics for yourself.

3. Jeremih & Ty Dolla $ign, “The Light”

The Light – Single • Def Jam / Atlantic • 2018

Jeremih & Ty Dolla $ign, The Light [Photo Credits: Def Jam / Atlantic]Jeremih and Ty Dolla $ign started summer 2018 off right with the groovy, if shallow ‘sex record,’ “The Light”.  “The Light” isn’t deep, but it’s certainly lit.  The first thing that one notices about the record is the groove.  Simply put, ‘it’s everything.’  There is no way while listening to this record you won’t experience body movement – “The Light” is incredibly infectious.  Fittingly, the groove and the entire production sounds like sex, intentional as Ty Dolla $ign kicks things off with the suggestion, “Let’s have sex” on the refrain.  Sex is a familiar topic for both these dudes.  Ty executes his suggested activity well, given his distinct, one-of-a-kind vocals.  Love him or hate him, the dude has successfully carved out a place in pop, hip-hop, and R&B.

Jeremih follows with the sensual chorus as well as the sole verse.  The lyrics aren’t deep, but they set the mood: social media post, bottles, and of course, sex. “The Light” – at least this particular light – won’t change your life.  It’s not God speaking to you through a record, no matter how groovy it is.  That said, this fun, naughty little joint is a great addition to the playlist, ready-made for the summer. “The Light” also appeared on the playlist 13 Songs Propelled by Light.

4. Teyana Taylor, “3Way”

Ft. Ty Dolla $ign

K.T.S.E. • GOOD / Def Jam • 2018

Teyana Taylor, K.T.S.E. [Photo Credits: GOOD/Def Jam]“Anything for my baby, I’d do some crazy things.” R&B singer and actress Teyana Taylor quietly released a solid debut album in 2014, VII. Her sophomore project, K.T.S.E. is composed of just eight tracks and 22 minutes’ worth of music.  Among those eight tracks is “3Way.” There is no secret what this sex-driven record is about, even incorporating Ty Dolla $ign on the third verse (He has his own song, “3 Wayz”). The song definitely isn’t transcendent, but regarding Taylor’s sex life with hubby Iman Shumpert, well, to each his or her own.

“... So, whatever he want, he can get that
Long as I like, we can hit that, hoes, we don’t love ‘em, no
Soon as she done, she leavin’ right out the door...
Three way, I couldn’t wait to have with you
‘Cause I know it turn you on, so let’s do it, babe.”

5. Lil Peep, “Sex with My Ex”

Come Over When You’re Sober, Pt. 2 • Columbia • 2018

Lil Peep, Come Over When You're Sober, Pt. 2 [Photo Credit: Columbia]Sadly, emo-tinged rapper Lil Peep passed away at the age of 21 on November 15, 2017. Although the heavily tatted, often ‘sad’ rapper is no longer living, his posthumous, full-length album, Come Over When You’re Sober, Pt. 2, arrived in November 2018.  One of the best moments from the LP comes by way of the dramatic, incredibly ‘emo’ “Sex with My Ex.” On the ‘passionate’ chorus, he asserts, “Fuck me like we’re lyin’ on our deathbed / I can feel that sudden emptiness / I’m here to grant you one last wish.” He follows with one relatively simple, but effective verse, later repeated.  There’s also an interesting bridge, where he sings, “Catch a feelin’ / Catch a feelin’ now / I still feel your skin all over me / Sex with my ex.”

6. Demi Lovato, “Sexy Dirty Love”

Tell Me You Love Me • Hollywood / Island • 2017

Demi Lovato, Tell Me You Love Me © Island / Hollywood“You’re my new obsession / Let go of any hesitation / Baby, be my new addiction / Intoxicate me gently with your loving.” “Sexy Dirty Love” ranks as one of the better moments from Tell Me You Love Me, the 2017 album by Demi Lovato.  Ultimately, “Sexy Dirty Love” is groovy AF, featuring slick production work.  It’s a fun, upbeat joint that’s suggestive, but not explicit.

Even if “Sexy Dirty Love” is slightly less potent than the ‘torchbearers’ of Tell Me You Love Me, it’s still a pretty rad track.

“You got me so high

Pull me closer into you and watch our bodies intertwine

I feel so alive

You know what I’m thinking of

Got me dreamin’ ‘bout that sexy, dirty love.”

“Sexy Dirty Love” also appears on the colorful playlist, 11 Dirty, Filthy & Unclean Songs.

7. Tank, “When We”

Savage • Atlantic • 2017

Tank, Savage © AtlanticAnd to think, we thought Tank was invested into sex on “Sex Music” on his 2010 LP, Now or Never.  Well, “Sex Music” has nothing on the bold, ‘savage’ standout from his 2018 LP, Savage. Yep, Tank totally lays it out there on “When We”.  “When We” features lush, sensual production work, a selling point by all means.  The standout backdrop includes slick hip-hop driven drums, clearly part of the contemporary script.

Tank delivers a superb performance, characterized by smooth vocals. Like the production, Tank’s vocals exemplify sex. His tone is amazing.  This has been consistent throughout his career, regardless what he sings. Notably, he matches the swagger of younger contemporaries here.  Shallow like most of Savage – he’s so inspired he sings “When we fuck” for example – it’s a guilty pleasure by all means.

8. Big Sean & Metro Boomin, “So Good”

Ft. Kash Doll

Double or Nothing • GOOD / Def Jam / Republic • 2017

Big Sean & Metro Boomin, Double or Nothing © Def Jam / Republic“Head so good, pussy so good / If I could quit my job and fuck you all day, shit, I would.”  That pretty much sums up the filthiest, raunchiest song from the 2017 Big Sean/Metro Boomin collaboration, Double or Nothing.  Big Sean is no stranger to incorporating sex into his music, but “So Good” just might ‘take the cake.’ He goes into graphic detail, taunting his size on the first verse (“Got a long dick, that shit barely fit”).  If that’s not enough, on the same verse, he manages to be blasphemous regarding his performance (“Got so deep in that bitch, it felt spiritual / Flood in that pussy, it’s a miracle”).

Featured guest Kash Doll doesn’t let Big Sean have all the fun, as she focuses on how awesome the sex as well.  If Sean seemed like the boss, self-proclaimed “nasty bitch” Kash Doll makes it clear that she holds the reins: “Last time I let you fuck, it was amazing, shit / Love a nigga who ain’t scared to put his face in it.” Obviously, she’s referring to her own private parts.  And just in case it was perfectly clear, she goes on to say, “And I still remember every single place you licked / So I sucked the soul outcha just to thank that dick.” This one’s definitely NOT safe for work.

9. Chris Brown, “Tempo”

Heartbreak on a Full Moon • RCA • 2017

Chris Brown, Heartbreak on a Full Moon © RCA“Tell me ‘bout all the freaky secrets, all them troubles that you got on your mind / Just bring them to life (bend it up), put that shit on a film and watch it back on rewind (hold up).” While Chris Brown had his share of moments on his 2017 album Heartbreak on a Full Moon, the 45-track affair (57 in its absolutely absurd deluxe version) is absolutely TOO DAMN LONG.  Who has three hours to listen to an album? Despite his overindulgence, “Tempo” manages to come out as a stand out.  On “Tempo,” Chris Brown isn’t talking about speed of the record itself – he’s referring to the action going down in the bedroom, otherwise known as sex.

“I know that you wanna change your place, girl, I got that for you (oh)
I know you need a good D, girl, I’ma drop that on you (oh, oh woah)
Girl, you just like me, I know that you nasty, I know that you with it (yeah)
Girl, don’t be shy, just admit it, as soon as you do, you can come through and get it for real (yeah).”

10. ZAYN, “PILLOWTALK”

Mind of Mine • RCA • 2016

ZAYN, Mind of Mine [Photo Credit: RCA]“Climb on board / We’ll go slow and high tempo.” Someone’s horny! According to Louis Wise of The Sunday Times, former One Direction member ZAYN said the following regarding his solo number one hit, “PILLOWTALK.”

“I think I’m pretty black and white what it’s about,” he says with a little grin. “Everybody has sex, and it’s something people wanna hear about. It’s part of everybody’s life, a very BIG part of life! And you don’t wanna sweep it under the carpet. It has to be talked about.”

Apparently, life post-boy band requires adjustments. Such adjustments encompass sex, and not just any sex.  On “PILLOWTALK,” the big takeaway is that ZAYN sings about having sex.  That’s about the size of it…

“So, we’ll piss off the neighbors

In the place that feels the tears

The place to lose your fears

Yeah, reckless behavior

A place that is so pure, so dirty and raw

In the bed all day, bed all day, bed all day

Fucking and fighting on

It’s our paradise and it’s our war zone / It’s our paradise and it’s our war zone.”

Apparently, on The Musical Hype, we just can’t get enough of ZAYN’s “Fucking and fighting on” as “PILLOWTALK” keeps appearing on our playlists, including 15 Songs Worth Talking About and 15 Songs That Focus on Private Matters.

11. Rihanna, “Sex with Me”

Anti • Roc Nation • 2016

Rihanna, Anti © Roc Nation“Sex with me, so amazing / All this all hard work, no vacation / Stay up off my Instagram, pure temptation / Sex with me, sex with me, sex with me.”  Sigh, there are plenty of men who have fantasized about hooking up with Rihanna – just keeping it 100. On “Sex with Me” from her 2016 album, Anti, she’s explicit about the sexual experience.  A prime example is the first verse, in which she sings, “Five fingers on it / Hit it like you own it, I’mma hit it like I’m on it.” She later closes the verse asserting, “I’mma get it wet like jacuzzi, ah-yea.” Hmm, wonder where she’s going with that…

Rihanna’s confidence only soars on the second verse:

“Sex with me is amazing, with her it’ll feel alright

The sex doesn’t get any better, make it long, let it be all night.”

12. Maroon 5, “Animals”

V • Interscope • 2014

Maroon 5, V © Interscope“Baby, I’m preying on you tonight / Hunt you down, eat you alive / Just like animals, animals, like animals-mals…” Hmm, wonder what this one’s about?  “Animals,” a controversial hit single by Maroon 5, drew its fair share of criticism for its music video that “confuses violence and love”, according to Charlotte Alter (Time).  Yes, the music video is sketchy as a four-letter word, involving butchery, sex, stalking, but the lyrics can also be considered sketchy as well.

The song is utterly catchy, but like the video, the lyrics send a potentially ‘animalistic,’ bad message.

“…Maybe you think that you can hide

I can smell your scent from miles

Just like animals, animals, like animals-mals

Baby, I’m…”

Maroon 5 (Adam Levine) in 'Animals' music video [Photo Credit: Interscope]That said, wouldn’t be the first time Maroon 5 had a song that involved “doin’ it.” “This Love” from Songs About Jane was pretty intense, particularly the lyric where Adam Levine sings, “I tried my best to feed her appetite / Keep her coming every night / So hard to keep her satisfied.”

 13. Nicki Minaj, “Anaconda”

The Pinkprint • Cash Money • 2014

Nicki Minaj, The Pinkprint © Motown/Universal“Oh my gosh, look at her butt!” Arguably, there’s really not that much privacy when it comes to the bars that Nicki Minaj spits.  Sex, and ample doses of it, are a big part of her persona. Several Nicki Minaj songs could appear on this private list, but none is more fitting than “Anaconda,” the crème de la crème of her 2014 album, The Pinkprint.

“My anaconda don’t, my anaconda don’t

My anaconda don’t want none unless you got buns, hun!”

“Anaconda,” which samples the Sir-Mix-a-Lot classic “Baby Got Back”, explores animalistic tendencies in regard to sex. “Anaconda” is chocked-full of sex (understatement) and is one of the horniest records you’ll ever hear. Minaj not only discusses her ‘assets’ and her private parts, but she also discusses his ‘size’ and how the sex goes down:

“This dude named Michael used to ride motorcycles
Dick bigger than a tower, I ain’t talking about Eiffel’s
Real country-ass nigga, let me play with his rifle
Pussy put his ass to sleep, now he calling me Nyquil…

He can tell I ain’t missing no meals

Come through and fuck him in my automobile

Let him eat it with his grills and he tellin’ me to chill…”

“Anaconda” has graced a couple of playlists, including two ‘animalistic’ playlists, 11 Songs to Channel Your Inner Animal and 11 Totally Animalistic Songs, as well as 15 Songs That Focus on Private Matters.

14. Run the Jewels, “Love Again (Akinyele Back)”

Ft. Gangsta Boo

Run the Jewels 2 • Mass Appeal • 2014

Run the Jewels, Run the Jewels 2 © Mass Appeal“I put that dick in her mouth all day / …She play with that (dick in her mouth all day) … / I think I’m in love again.” Sigh, with “Love Again (Akinyele Back),” Run the Jewels create a record that is definitely for ADULTS ONLY. ‘Adult entertainment’ might as well be the middle name of this explicit joint, sheesh! As. Aforementioned, the hook leaves NOTHING to the imagination.

Interestingly, Gangsta Boo plays a hyper-sexual, hella pornographic role on her guest verse.

“I had a young player from the hood

Lick my pussy real good

Kept me stuck with lots of wood

Kept my bank account on swoll

Sniffed my pussy like a rose, smokin’ on dro

Made a porn tape, that nigga is a pro, you ain’t know?

He had a lot of bad bitches in his past

But I was the one who turned that boy into a motherfuckin’ man

His tongue is bomb…”

15. R. Kelly, “Cookie”

Black Panties • RCA • 2013

R. Kelly, Black Panties [Photo Credit: RCA]“You wonder how I’m the best and can do all this with my mouth? /…My bed can be your stage / And I’mma make you a star / Your legs in the air and my hands all up in your cookie jar.” Perhaps it’s moments like “Cookie” where R. Kelly needs to be muted, regardless of the damning allegations against him. After hearing “Cookie,” mark my words – you’ll never think of Oreos the same. No, they will never ever be the innocent, decadent cookies because the self-proclaimed ‘sex genius’ ruined it for everybody. They’ve become a sexual, representation of the lustfulness of R. Kelly. He even goes so far that he screws up an innocent childhood character – Cookie Monster from Sesame Street: “Cookie, cookie, cookie, I’m a cookie monster.”

Take your pick of naughtiness, but it all seems to come back to those private parts, also known as genitals.

“Mmm, like an Oreo

I love to lick the middle like an Oreo

Oreo, Oreo, like an Oreo

I wanna bite it and get inside it (‘til I get you gone).”

“Cookie” appears on the 2013 album Black Panties, which features multiple instance of Kelly’s overindulgence into sex. The opening song, “Legs Shakin’” (featuring Ludacris), references cunnilingus…. ‘course, so does “Cookie,” sigh.  You can also find “Cookie” on playlists 15 Songs That Focus on Private Matters, 11 Songs Where It Gets Steamy II and 12 Songs Where R. Kelly Took Innuendo Too Far.

16. Kevin Gates, “Thinking with my Dick”

Ft. Juicy J

Stranger Than Fiction • Bread Winners’ Association / Atlantic • 2013

Kevin Gates, Stranger Than Fiction [Photo Credit: Bread Winners' Association / Atlantic]“Got money, retarded / Don’t want her if it don’t clap when she walking / Not too pretty in the face, but she super thick / I’m just thinking with my dick / My shit dumb.” Hey, give Kevin Gates credit: he’s honest AF.  “Thinking with my Dick” is as filthy as you would expect, capped off by Juicy J’s ‘prodigious’ verse…said no one ever.

“I’m a dog ass nigga, I’m not fucking with no fleas

If I saw that bitch again, I probably won’t even speak.”

Wait for it, it gets worse:

“Man that girl swallow nut like an elephant

Stupid nigga, probably thought yo bitch was celibate

Like a dentist with a drill, I be digging in they mouth

First they swallow all my children then I kick them bitches out.”

Somehow, this needs a #Damn Juicy hashtag.

17. Ciara, “Body Party”

Ciara • Epic • 2013

Ciara, Ciara [Photo Credit: Epic]“My body is your party baby.” Who wouldn’t want to be part of a “Body Party” with the gorgeous Ciara? Unfortunately, only one person is invited to this sexual occasion, as she memorably states, “…Nobody’s invited but you, baby.” “Body Party” is the subtlest sex track, but Ciara does manage to make sexual escapades pseudo-classy as opposed to downright explicit.

Up and down career aside, “Body Party ranks among her best.

“You can’t keep your hands off me

Touch me right there, rock my body

I can’t keep my hands off you

Your body is my party

I’m doing this little dance for you

You got me so excited

Now it’s just me and you

Your body’s my part, let’s get it started, oh.”

Rank Up, Rank Down: Ciara Albums, 2004 – 2015

18. Tech N9ne, “Pornographic”

Ft. E-40, Snoop Dogg & Krizz Kaliko

All 6’s and 7’s • Strange Music • 2011

Tech N9ne, All 6's and 7's [Photo Credit: Strange Music]“She blowing me like a bugle / I’m fixing to burst / Just like a water balloon (Water balloon) / She took the rubber off and ate my sperm with a spoon / If that ain’t pornographic / I don’t know what pornographic is.” According to Tech N9ne, “This is the culture where we kiss the chocha.”  That seems, accurate, particularly in the context of the utterly filthy “Pornographic.”  Pornographic it is indeed.  Adult entertainment to the nth degree. Aforementioned, E-40 is graphic about the pleasure he receives during the course of the second verse.

Snoop Dogg focuses on “shit getting heavy” on the third verse.  That ‘shit’ of course is all sexually-driven.

“Debbie does Dallas, Doggy does Debbie

Baby are you ready? This shit is getting heavy

… Double up, bring in Blowjob Betty

…Film it, record it

In high definition though

I got dick by your ear

Do you hear what I hear?”

19. Jeremih, “Birthday Sex”

Jeremih • Def Jam • 2009

Jeremih, Jeremih [Photo Credit: Def Jam]“Don’t need candles or cake / Just need your body to make / Birthday sex.” Ah, we approach the end of this sexually-driven playlist with something that everyone can get on board with – “Birthday Sex.” R&B singer/songwriter Jeremih had a big-time breakthrough with the no. 1 Billboard Hot 100 single back in 2007. Honestly, how could this have NOT been a hit? Think about it – (1) to quote Drake, “It’s your fucking birthday” and (2) you’re getting some on your birthday.  “Girl you know I-I-I…”

20. Trina, “Look Back at Me”

Ft. Killer Mike

Still Da Baddest • Slip N Slide • 2008

Trina, Still Da Baddest © Slip-N-Slide“Licky, licky, licky licky, licky for an hour / I’mma make it rain for you, here’s a golden shower.” Sigh, there is so much freakiness involved in “Look Back at Me,” among the dirtiest songs EVER.  Khia definitely had some filth with “My Neck, My Back,” but Trina holds her own.  She’s assisted by Killer Mike, who made an earlier appearance on this list with Run The Jewels (“Love Again (Akinyele Back)”). Mike definitely doesn’t clean things up, making a mess of his own, to the tune of “Gave her mayonnaise on the face pearl necklace.”

In addition to pearl necklaces, “Look Back at Me” is chocked-full of paraphilias, or “conditions in which a person’s sexual arousal and gratification depends on fantasizing about and engaging in sexual behavior that is atypical and extreme.” The paraphilias Trina covers: Urolagnia (sexual arousal via urine), Narratophilia (dirty talk),  Olfactophilia/Osmolagnia (“carnal interest in and stimulation by body odors…”) and Nasophilia (nose).  “Look Back at Me” also appeared in another playlist, 12 Paraphilic, Fetish Songs.  A prime example of Narratophilia?

“Put this pussy in your jaws now, smack

Like it’s Thanksgiving and it ain’t coming back

Collard greens neck bones, nigga chew this ass.”
