13 Totally Bitchin’ Songs: Vol. 3 (2025) [📷: Brent Faulkner / The Musical Hype; Canva (AI images); AcatXIo from Pixabay]13 Totally Bitchin’ Songs: Vol. 3 features songs by Ayham, Brooke Candy, Doechii, Funkadelic, Lizzo, and Young Nudy.

“It’s the bitch of living.” Spring Awakening, 2006. The keyword is bitch. A naughty word in many contexts, the word contains multitudesBob Dylan! According to Merriam-Webster, bitch as a noun means (1) a female dog, (2a) ‘a malicious, spiteful, or overbearing woman’ 🥴 (also, used in a derogatory way towards women, which is NOT cool 🚫 😎). Also, bitch is a verb, too: All Marquis does is bitch and complain that dramatic qween🫅! MULTITUDES, I SAY! 13 Totally Bitchin’ Songs: Vol. 3 arrives one year after 13 Totally Bitchin’ Songs: Vol. 2 (2024), which was a sequel to the bitchin’ playlist, 13 Totally B!+chin’ Songs (2019). The criterion is simple: every song in this musical compendium must feature some form of ‘the b-word.’ That means, bitchbitchesbitching, and bitchin’ are all acceptable. Also, misspelled versions are permitted too. 13 Totally B!†¢hin’ Songs: Vol. 3 features songs by Ayham, Brooke Candy, Doechii, Funkadelic, Lizzo, and Young Nudy.  So, without further ado, let’s dive into these bitchin’ tunes, shall we?!

1. Ayham, “I AM A STAR, BITCH”

I AM A STAR, BITCH (EP) » Ayham » 2025

AYHAM, I AM A STAR, BITCH (EP) [📷: Ayham]Listen up, bitches! Ayham (Ayham Fayad) makes it clear, with ample repetition, “I’m a star, bitch, I’m a, I’m a star, bitch.” The hot 🥵, sassy 💅 German-based singer-songwriter asserts in a TikTok video, My name is Ayham, and I create music for the f*gs, dolls, and cvnts 🏳️‍🌈. “I AM A STAR, BITCH” fiercely and fittingly opens his 2025 EP, I AM A STAR, BITCH (EP).  Beyond the simple but unforgettable chorus, Ayham eats! He leaves no crumbs…bih! He co-produced it with Noah Grewing.

“I AM A STAR, BITCH” opens fiercely with dramatic strings.  After some intriguing classical music cues, the backdrop transforms into a mean-sounding, hip-hop cut.  Here, Ayham brings a shit-ton of attitude, confidence, and personality. He delivers a fast-paced, kick-ass cadence and flow. “When I pass by, you better make a wish, bitch / Bling-bling, diamonds on me, I’m so vicious,” he spits in the first verse, continuing, “Hustling, I’m making these riches / I’m it, bitch.” That’s only the beginning, though! After all, Ayham informs us, “These motherfuckers wanna copy my aesthetics / I lead, they follow, magnetic.” Ooh-wee! I ❤️ the clapping percussion that appears after his daring, fierce first verse. The second verse gives I’m the shit, energy.  Ayham characterizes himself as the shit:

“Heat coming out of the studio

Call the firefighters, call the radio

Making hits, flow’s a blitz, turning heads

Confess I’m the shit

By now, you should know

We got the power, we own the dancefloor

Beat so catchy, got me in a chokehold.”

The third verse keeps things interesting and unapologetic: “I give zero fucks, yeah I ain’t got time / Got bars for years, ain’t talking jail time.” Also, I cosign his bold assertion that “I wanna dance in my underwear 🩲 / I wanna make them stop and stare.” At the end of the cut, with striking instrumental contrast, Ayham confidently spits, “Fuck it up now / Now.” Ayham brings it on the fun “I AM A STAR, BITCH”.

2. Lizzo, “GOTCHO BITCH”

MY FACE HURTS FROM SMILING » Nice Life Recording Company / Atlantic Recording Corporation » 2025

Lizzo, MY FACE HURTS FROM SMILING [📷: Nice Life Recording Company / Atlantic Recording Corporation]“He can’t come around unless he send a dick pic / That’s that BTS, I’m talkin’ big hits.” Damn, Lizzy! Grammy-winning artist Lizzo (Melissa Jefferson) kicks ass and takes names on “GOTCHO BITCH”, a highlight from her surprise, 2025 mixtape, MY FACE HURTS FROM SMILING. Six producers assemble this one: ATL Jacob, Tay Keith, Hendrix Smoke, Jasper Harris, Ricky Reed, and Zack Sekoff.  Why so many? “GOTCHO BITCH” is a two-part song, meaning there is a distinct beat switch and change of pace.  Even though it’s sub-three minutes like most of MY FACE HURTS FROM SMILING, it’s jam-packed.  It would be interesting to see just how many times Lizzo utters the word bitch… It’s a shit-ton.  In the chorus, everybody got your bitch, or so she says.  Who is everybody? Lizzo, Nicki, SZA, JT, Latto, GloRilla…  Wild but chock-full of attitude, energy, and sass, “GOTCHO BITCH” is a bitching vibe!

3. SAILORR, “BITCHES BREW”

FROM FLORIDA’S FINEST » BuVision » 2025

SAILORR, FROM FLORIDA’S FINEST [📷: BuVision]Five words: “I let these bitches brew.” Dammnnn, SAILORR (Kayla Le), okurrr! Cutting straight to the chase, “BITCHES BREW” is the fourth track from the Vietnamese American artist’s 2025 album, FROM FLORIDA’S FINEST. Jack Dine, Zach Ezzy, Adam Krevlin, and Anoop D’Souza produced this bold R&B track. SAILORR maintains brevity on “BITCHES BREW,” which runs a mere two and a half minutes long. Short but sweet, the song thrives thanks to its compelling production work (keys and synths, in particular), sweet vocals, and unapologetic songwriting.

The theme and lyrics are captivating, PERIOD. “I care too much / I can’t let go,” Le sings in the first verse, continuing, “So I’m keep it pushing / Wait to cook these hoes.” Oh, snap, “LET HER COOK”! The second and third verses are more aggressive than the first verse. “Don’t dap me up, can’t touch me,” she asserts in the second, adding, “I don’t want no hug, no, fuck you 🖕.” In the third, she’s confident as fuck, too: “Woah, my wallet, so fat, and so is my ass / Go touch some grass / ‘Cause you bitches stay mad.” As profane and colorful as the verses, particularly the final two, are, the chorus is the cat’s meow – the crowning achievement!

“Should’ve let this bitches brew (Can’t keep puttin’ up with you)

If they only knew (Yeah, if they only knew)

Might get my lick back too (The things that I could do to you)

I let these bitches brew (Yeah, if they only knew)

Should’ve let this bitches brew.”

As sweet and smooth as her performance is, particularly early on, she keeps it 100 about these… bitches in the fun “BITCHES BREW”!

4. The Oozes, “Bitchboy”

“Bitchboy” » Jelly Cube » 2021

The Oozes, Bitchboy [📷: Jelly Cube]“Good boy.” Uh-oh! Oh, snap! That simple phrase, the first lyrics of the song, mind you, should indicate that The Oozes “Bitchboy” is something else! Something else might be an understatement… Sure enough, the Queer London punk band comprised of Tom Gilbert (vocals), Ciara Clarke (Bass Guitar), Olly Chrich (Drums),  and Cherry Cicely (Electric Guitar) doesn’t disappoint. “Bitchboy,” which clocks in under two minutes, is not that innocent, Britney! From the start, “Bitchboy” is aggressive, assertive, loud, and noisy.  Hell yeah, the spirit of punk is alive and well 🤘! The song thrives thanks to its roaring, distorted guitar, the firm foundation provided by the bass, and pummeling drums. The tempo is quick, further amplifying the energy.  Of course, trans 🏳️‍⚧️ frontman Tom Gilbert is electrifying, kicking ass and taking names.

“Bitchboy” is Q-U-E-E-R to the nth degree.  A bitchboy is gay slang, with Wiktionary 😏 defining it as ‘A bottom, usually a younger, submissive male.’ The bottom is the passive role, often associated with submissiveness in anal sex. Tom Gilbert owns the fact that he’s a bitchboy:

“I’ve really fucked it up this time

(Bitchboy bitchboy)

I had a dream that we were fine…

Then I woke up and had a cry…

Oh, I’m a cunt, and the end is night

Bitchboy, bitchboy, I’m a fucking bitchboy

All I want in this whole world is to be your

Bitchboy.”

Ah, the emotional bottom! Tom circles back around to good boy, which, in this context, is a submissive role. Aww, shit, it’s giving praise kink! It’s not all sex, though.  “Bitchboy” also gives us disturbing lyrics where his cat 🐈‍⬛ eats him 😳, the devil 😈 eats the cat 🐈 (not surprising), etc. Ultimately, Tom’s requests are simple: to be his bitchboy, and his good boy. A wild, queer, and kinky ride, “Bitchboy” rocks 🤘!

5. BIA & Timbaland, “I’m That Bitch”

 REALLY HER » BIA / Epic » 2023

BIA, Really Her (INTL Deluxe) [📷: BIA / Epic]“I’m a top bitch, I’m a alpha / I’m addicted to money and power, uh.” Woo! Rapper 🎙 BIA makes it crystal clear that she’s that bitch on “I’m That Bitch”! On “I’m That Bitch,” the ninth track from her 2023 album, REALLY HER, she and her team of producers, including Timbaland, fittingly sample a Missy Elliott classic, “She’s A Bitch”.  BIA repurposes the gem like that bitch she describes herself as. She’s not a basic B! Basically, she’s a bad B and she doesn’t give a – ! Depth is not the modus operandi. We have heard unapologetic female rappers rock this many, many times. Regardless, BIA goes hard from the opening tip. She’s not afraid of anything – “Diana, she raised me” – and these other “bitches be watchin’ my page like a twitch.” Besides being unconcerned about these Bs, she’s not concerned about these men either (“The way I left that shit on read, head don’t exist” and, “This nigga toxic, he need him a sauna”). Who does BIA care about? Herself, of course, because “I’m that bitch.” Duh! “I’m That Bitch” is an explicit, unapologetic rap banger with no shortage of the b-word!

6. Brooke Candy, “Next Bitch”

SPIRAL » Brooke Candy » 2024

Brooke Candy, SPIRAL [📷: Brooke Candy]“Taste the rainbow 🌈, take one bite / Bubblegum, yeah, pop tonight.” Fo’ sho, Brooke Candy.  Give us more of those slick lyrics! “Special taffy, pink and white / Cotton candy bed tonight.” That is some sugary sweet sugar honey iced tea! We’d expect no less from Candy who is “Next Bitch”! That’s the name of her rainbow-bubblegum-taffy-cotton candied first single from her album, Spiral! That said, the lyrics from the bridge are much tamer than the more explicit, fiercer lyrics that appear on much of this brief but potent single.  Candy’s confidence is ‘through the roof’ on this Jon Santana-produced bop. Candy, Santana, and Liam Benayon penned this bitchin’ joint. “Next Bitch” features electric musical accompaniment.  The rhythm is driving from the onset.  The synths are lit, and the anchoring beat goes hard.  The backdrop sets up Candy for success and indisputable fierceness. After characterizing her (who is nameless) as wack, in the intro, she asserts in the chorus, “I’m the next bitch / I’m infectious / Fuckin’ reckless / You gon’ bite this?” Woo! It’s difficult to catch everything Candy spits in the first verse, but the overall takeaway is that this girl is bad! Not only is she bad enough to “Shave my head and then pierce my nips,” she legitimately poses the question, “How many bitches get down like this?” She’s also a ‘bad bitch’ when she sings, bragging, “I, when I walk in the room / These bitches in the tomb / Miss Candy, if you pay me, pay me.”  What more needs to be said? The thirtysomething rapper/singer drops another one!

7. Atlus, “You’re a Fucking Bitch Hope You Know That Shit”

Low Expectations » Independent / Amuseio ABB » 2021

Atlus, Low Expectations [📷: Independent / Amuseio ABB]“You’re a Fucking Bitch Hope You Know That Shit.”  WOW – that’s some song title right there! Atlus (Sean Haywood) certainly doesn’t hold back or sugarcoat anything on this ‘alternative’ standout from Low Expectations. Bluntness is the modus operandi.  Even if it’s profane with three swear words in the title alone, “You’re a Fucking Bitch Hope You Know That Shit” is enjoyable and entertaining.

So, what causes Atlus to use such strong language? For one, she’s cheating on him: “I smell his cologne on your shirt, it’s hard to breathe in.” Even so, she won’t tell the truth and continues to go about the usual romancing: “And you whisper sweet nothings in my ear / But I can’t trust a word you said.” Of course, this, and a second verse deflecting the blame, leads to the explicit chorus we all came for:

“You’re a fuckin’ bitch, hope you know that shit

You can never trust a ho, had to learn that quick

How many others are you sleepin’ with?

All I know is I don’t deserve this.”

8. Doechii, “Bitch I’m Nice”

“Bitch I’m Nice” » Top Dawg Entertainment, LLC / UMG Recordings, Inc. » 2022

Doechii, Bitch I'm Nice [📷: Top Dawg Entertainment, LLC]“When I walk up in the room, every boy shut up / ‘Cause they know my niggas zoom in the cut, they run up.” I bet they do! I would shut up, too! Grammy-winning rapper Doechii is a whole vibe, PERIOD. In the brief “Bitch I’m Nice,” she exudes confidence and fierceness. A minute and a half is plenty of time for her to bring mad energy with her memorable, sharp rhymes.  Backed by a groovy backdrop produced by Kal Banx, Diego Ave, Bankroll Got It (“B-B-Bankroll got it”), and Go Grizzly, Doechii wastes no time and gives zero fucks! There are too many epic one-liners to highlight! Before the boys shut up in the first verse, she entices the girls: “When I bring the coke out, white girls cut up.” Get it? Coke is white, and the nickname is white girl…  In the second verse, she “Put him in the corner, get a boner when he find me on the ping / Now he havin’ wet dreams.” No further explanation necessary, there! The section to beat, the nicest part of the song is the chorus:

“Bitch, I’m nice, got a bitch cleaned up right

That nigga might got racks, but he ain’t my type

I’m the best thing in your life

Know this pussy good and it purr but it still got bite

… I’m the biggest threat to your wife

Go back to the hood, hit a jugg, and bring a knife to a fight.”

“Bitch I’m Nice” is indeed a nice minute-and-a-half rap banger by Doechii.

9. Anne-Marie, “SAD B!TCH”

UNHEALTHY » A Major Toms / Asylum » 2023

Anne-Marie, UNHEALTHY [📷: A Major Toms / Asylum]“This ain’t another sad girl anthem / I’m headin’ down a different road,” Anne-Marie sings in the first verse of “SAD B!TCH”.  The title is on the nose.  The UK pop is fueled by colorful, ear-catching production by Billen Ted and Evan Blair as she eschews sad b!†ch-ness… or something like that. In this bitching cut from her 2023 album, UNHEALTHY, Anne-Marie is bored with sulking and sadness, singing in the pre-chorus, “Time to turn the page.” In the chorus, she’s tired of everyone being down, stating, “I just wanna be with my friends, fucked up, gettin’ rich /… Baby, it’s so last year bein’ a sad bitch.” The second verse, much like the first, is about escaping sadness. While “SAD B!TCH” isn’t life-changing, it is pleasant. Curse words and all, Anne-Marie has a point. Why be sad when you can live and enjoy life to the fullest? She may not eloquently express herself, but everything she serves up on “SAD B!TCH” is intentional.

10. Young Nudy, “Butt Naked Bitches”

Slimeball » 1230 Entertainment LLC » 2016

Young Nudy, Slimeball [📷: 1230 Entertainment LLC]“Butt naked bitches in the kitchen water whippin’ / Young nigga seventeen, saran wrapping midget / Eighteen, young nigga holding the stick by the window,” Young Nudy (Quantavious Thomas) spits in the infectious chorus of “Butt Naked Bitches”.  The Atlanta rapper adds, memorably, “Grandma upstairs, yeah she call the cops / But we still on the street, we gon’ beat the block.” Woo! “Butt Naked Bitches,” the fifth track from Slimeball (2016), is less about women and more about hustling and making money.  It features a malicious-sounding production by Pi’erre Bourne.  Bourne puts his foot into this one. Set in a minor key, the sick synths and badass beat help fuel Young Nudy’s fire.

In “Butt Naked Bitches,” Young Nudy captivates with his cadence and flow.  He is bold, confident, and unapologetic from the jump. In the first verse, he asserts:

“Bitch I’m slimeball, you can call me king finesse

I would jugg ‘em, I would rob ‘em, take ‘em out for the check

They say they ‘bout the moolah, bitch, you know I’m ‘bout the check

I finesse, do a nigga wrong, anything for a check.”

Money, money, money! The second verse keeps the same energy: “All I love is getting money, baby, Slime he love that Nike / And I will feed this ho molly like she eat a Trident.” Wow… Mollies, huh? Young Nudy keeps it a buck on the ‘gives no fucks’ entertaining rap banger, “Butt Naked Bitches”.  No deep analysis is necessary.  #TURN UP!

11. Girl in red, “You Stupid Bitch”

if I could make it go quiet» world in red / AWAL » 2021

girl in red, if i could make it go quiet [📷: world in red / AWAL]“You Stupid Bitch”. Holy moly! The charmingly titled song appears on alternative singer/songwriter, girl in red’s(MarieUlvenRingheim) 2021 debut album,if I could make it go quiet.  As brash and unapologetic as the title is, the song isn’t as rough around the edges. So, why is Ringheim calling someone a “stupid bitch?” Matters of the heart are involved.  Within the context of the song, she’s referencing a girlfriend who seems to have the opposite perspective regarding relationships.  As girl in red tells it, she’s simply trying to be supportive and is the perfect girl for her.  “You let the wrong people love you,” she advises in the first verse, adding, “But you don’t see that, do you?” Later, in the second verse, she adds, “But you never listen / Take my advice as criticism / Then make the worse decisions.” In the chorus, she calls her “stupid bitch,” but not maliciously, believe it or not: “You stupid bitch, can’t you see / The perfect one for you is me.”  Furthermore, throw an energetic, driving alt-rock backdrop (Ringheim and Matias Tellez) and assertive vocals, and you have a surefire winner.

12. Jet, “Cold Hard Bitch”

Get Born » Elektra » 2003

Jet, Get Born [📷 : Elektra]“Cold hard bitch / Just a kiss on the lips / And I was on my knees / I’m waiting, give me…” What a dirty-minded, horny band Jet proves to be! The Aussie rockers, specifically frontman Nic Cester, desire pleasure on “Cold Hard Bitch” – more like, they fuck around (or want to…)! Cester adds on the chorus of this bitchin’, hard-rocking joint,  adds on the chorus, “Cold hard bitch / She was shakin’ her hips / So that was all that I need.” The unapologetic record appears as the ninth track on their 2003 debut album, Get Born.  The motivation for Jet is knocking boots, getting some, getting laid – having S-E-X. Beyond the chorus, the verses are naughty – titillating for sure!  In the first verse, Nic claims, “Spent all my rent / Girl, you know I enjoyed it, yeah.” Hmm… we’ll leave that at that. In the second verse, he’s thirsty AF, trying to get her attention, and, in the pre-chorus, asserts, “Gonna take her home ‘cause she’s over romancing / Don’t wanna hold hands and talk about our little plans, alright.” Again, “Cold Hard Bitch” has sex written all over it.  The problem is, does this hottie that’s being lusted over give? Not so much! #COCKBLOCKED! Regardless, horny Aussies serving up 2000s cock rock? We’re here for it, Jet! Rock on 🤘!

13. Funkadelic, “Jimmy’s Got a Little Bit of Bitch in Him”

Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On » Westbound » 1974

Funkadelic, Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On [📷: Westbound]“Jimmy’s got a little bit of bitch in him.” Um, excuse me? Say what, now, Funkadelic 👀? “The bitch in him / Upsets the Jim.” Wow 😮.  You read and heard correctly, folks! And, at least the words rhyme – him and Jim, that is! “Jimmy’s Got a Little Bit of Bitch in Him” is the sixth/penultimate track from the band’s 1974 album, Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On. George Clinton and Grace Hazel Cook wrote this bitchy song about Jim.  Initially, you would think this might be a controversial, potentially homophobic, and narrow-minded portrayal of a non-heterosexual man.  That is not the case.  Promoting acceptance, “Jimmy’s Got a Little Bit of Bitch in Him” was progressive for the time.

From the get-go, “Jimmy’s Got a Little Bit of Bitch in Him” is playful and tongue-in-cheek.  The song is infectious with sing-along vibes.  The chorus, excerpted above, is EVERYTHING. Beyond the superb sung vocals, there are spoken, narrated vocals that philosophize about Jimmy:

“Reality can be a-stiff sometimes

But then again, it can be flexible

Depending on the angle of the dangle

Increased by the heat of the meat

And with the proposition that all men are not created equal

So why frown?

Yeah, even the sun go down

We’ll call it mixed emotions for now

Play on, Jimmy.”

Maybe philosophize is too generous… Sure, we get “all men are not created equal,” but there is also speak of stiffness, dangling, and meat… 👀 The second narrated section is similar, incorporating words like hard, a-swinging, and that dangle again. Funkadelic makes their point that not every man is built the same, and in the case of Jimmy, he is not into women.  Musically, “Jimmy’s” is the sugar, honey, iced tea, too.  There are sickening riffs, specifically from the guitar and piano. Digging into the musical underpinnings, there are some badass harmonic moments. Not only were Funkadelic progressive in thought (Note: I’m not sure if saying someone has bitch in them would fly today, mind you 😏 ), but the music slays, slays, slays! 10 out of 10! “Jimmy’s Got a Little Bit of Bitch in Him” equals totally bitchin’ 🤭 🤘!
