Zipten, Volcano Sunset | Track Review 🎵

ipten is the Italian producer who is giving the electronic world a treat once again with his fresh release, “Volcano Sunset”.

It has a feel-good vibe leaking out of it, and it is difficult to refuse his optimism with a cadence which will have you swaying along instantly.

Getting underway in style, Zipten introduces a brass section which comes just that little bit different to his previous releases which were more synth-heavy. I enjoy this approach, and it proves that the producer is not afraid to mix things up from time to time.

Musically, the entire piece is stimulating yet also laid back with its delivery. It would not sit out of place at a beach bar on a sunny coast. So much so, I think this track should have come out earlier. Mostly because we are now on the lead up to Christmas, but then again, why follow the status quo? Zipten stays well clear of that.

As the track progresses, we get greeted to a whole new soundscape with plenty of unique sounds making the mix. As a result, at no point does the mix become monotonous, and it gives us the warmth to get us through the cold months. Who needs a hat when you have “Volcano Sunset” to warm our cockles?

Overall, I cannot seem to get enough of this new delivery, and by the looks of it, Zipten is dropping tracks like it is going out of fashion. Therefore, it would not surprise me to discover a new one popping out of new music Friday very soon.
