Ascending rapper YSN Flow is chocked-full of confidence, touting his come-up on the melodic banger, “Pac-Man.”
“I’m on my shit and we not on the same shit.” Woo! Rapper 🎙 YSN Flow (Kamron Ford) has ‘got next,’ at least judging by what he serves up on his latest single, 🎵 “Pac-Man”. So, how exactly does the Pac-Man, and addictive, vintage video game translate into a melodic, trap banger? Well, the young ascending rapper cleverly asserts, “And I been eating like Pac-Man.” Basically, he’s experienced the ‘come-up’ and he’s flexing like a boss. Ultimately, his confidence pays off here.
“Pac-Man” is produced by 🎛 Beats Mode and 🎛 PalboMCR, who give YSN Flow a lit backdrop to work with. As hard as the production goes, particularly the beat and the fact that it’s set in a minor key, the keys and strings are absolutely gorgeous. YSN rides with ease, dropping agile, melodic rhymes that never let up. From the start, he’s ‘on,’ exemplifying ‘eating’ just like Pac-Man does. The chorus is wordy but that doesn’t inhibit it from latching, particularly lines like “Make some money, that shit made me some leverage.” Beyond the lyrical highlights from the first verse (see the opening paragraph), there are more confident, unapologetic gems from the second finding the rapper mostly fed up with haters, leeches, and those who clearly on his level.
Final Thoughts 💭
So, will YSN Flow change your life with “Pac-Man.” No, but the ascending rapper definitely shows ample potential here with solid, enjoyable results. If he continues to drop bangers like this, he’ll clearly be ‘eating’ the competition – NO CAP. “Pac-Man” earns my seal of approval.
