Well, make NO MISTAKE about it, “Oops” features catchy lyrics, stellar production, and of course, 🎙 Missy Elliott.

Of course, it is the theme and lyrics that make “Oops (Oh My)” simultaneously famous and infamous. “Oops, there goes my shirt up over my head, Oh my / Oops, there goes my skirt droppin’ to my feet, Oh my.” ‘Oh my,’ indeed, Tweet, more like, holy shit! Those lyrics are sexual – scandalous!!!  That said, it’s the rest of the chorus that really strikes a chord:

“Ooh, some kinda touch caressing my legs, Oh my
Ooh, I’m turning red
Who could this be?”

I’m asking myself the same thing Tweet! Are you really Charlene Keys, and what did you do with her?
