Cutting straight to the chase, “BITCHES BREW” is the fourth track from the Vietnamese American artist’s 2025 album, FROM FLORIDA’S FINEST. Jack Dine, Zach Ezzy, Adam Krevlin, and Anoop D’Souza produced this bold R&B track. SAILORR maintains brevity on “BITCHES BREW,” which runs a mere two and a half minutes long. Short but sweet, the song thrives thanks to its compelling production work (keys and synths, in particular), sweet vocals, and unapologetic songwriting.

The theme and lyrics are captivating, PERIOD. “I care too much / I can’t let go,” Le sings in the first verse, continuing, “So I’m keep it pushing / Wait to cook these hoes.” Oh, snap, “LET HER COOK”!
