Grammy nominated rappers Rick Ross and Meek Mill drop a brief, but potent banger, “Lyrical Eazy,” in advance of their collaborative LP, Too Good To Be True.
“And I ain’t lyin’, I got this money shit to a science,” 🎙️ Meek Mill asserts in the first verse of the banger, 🎵 “Lyrical Eazy”. “Lyrical Eazy” marks the second collaborative single between the Grammy-nominated rapper and his fellow Grammy nominee, 🎙️ Rick Ross, from their album, 💿 Too Good To Be True. “Lyrical Eazy” runs just 1:40 and lacks a chorus. Even so, Meek and Rick are potent over their two, fiery verses.
Meek Mill may take home the highest honors in the first verse. He never backs down. The bars are #giving whether its, “Murder on mind, I been up all night / Two bad bitches tryna fuck all night,” or the closing ‘bullet,’ “Nigga say they fuck with us, but we don’t fuck with them /… My youngin’ got that chopper, turn to Andre, he start drummin’ ‘em.” WOO! Rick Ross has a tough act to follow, but he does the damn thing as well. “Young Jimmy Lovine of the crime scene,” he spits in verse two, adding, “Leave a nigga whole team on them IVs / Point ‘em out and put ‘em on obituaries.” Oh, my! Besides the killer bars, the hard-knocking trap beat, and piano accompaniment, in a minor key, fuels ⛽️ the fire 🔥 (🎛️ Sean Momberger, SAUCEboy, Dnny Phntm, TheBoyKam, Preme, and DeeJayM0 put in work from the production end). All told, 🎵 “Lyrical Eazy” qualifies as a brief but potent rap banger 💪!
