Polo G, "RAPSTAR" [๐Ÿ“ท: Columbia]Rapper Polo G keeps the momentum going strong in 2021 on his intriguing new melodic rap single, โ€œRAPSTAR.โ€

Rap has been a dominant genre for years.  In 2020, there were numerous rappers who had a ton of success.  One such rapper who absolutely โ€˜killed itโ€™ was ๐ŸŽ™ Polo G๐Ÿ’ฟ THE GOAT was one of the bigger albums of the years, further elevating Poloโ€™s profile.  Does he have any plans to slow down in 2021? Doesnโ€™t seem like it, judging by his terrific new single, ๐ŸŽต โ€œRAPSTARโ€.

โ€œRAPSTARโ€ shines from the get-go.  Well produced, ๐ŸŽ› Einer Bankz and ๐ŸŽ› Synco definitely set up Polo G for success.  The backdrop balances the best of both worlds โ€“ it goes hard yet also brings a more chill, mellow vibe too.  As for Polo, he blesses us with both a sweet, rhythmic flow as well as a melodic rap performance.  What I love about his performance is how we naturally get this contrast of the street/toughness with sheer beauty โ€“ harmoniousness.  With Polo remaining โ€˜onโ€™ throughout the course of โ€œRAPSTAR,โ€ his best moment is undoubtedly the chorus, which screams H-I-T.

Final Thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ

Judging by โ€œRAPSTAR,โ€ it seems like the Polo G machine will be just like the Energizer Bunny โ€“ โ€œIt keeps going, and going, and going.โ€  This is another strong showing for the rapper, who definitely brings great personality, rhymes, and a sweet melodic approach to the table.  Need a new addition to the listening rotation that runs just under three minutes? Well, โ€œRAPSTARโ€ is a perfect choice.
