On 🎵 “Emmanuel”, 🎙 Norman Hutchins gives all the glory, honor, and praise to The Most High – The Great I Am! What better time than Christmas, particularly Christmas Day (December 25, 2022) when this post is published, to celebrate HIM! That alone should make your spirit happy, joyous, jubilant, and filled up! As the beloved sacred Christmas carol, “Silent Night” so eloquently asserts in the final line of the final verse, “Christ The Savior is Born!”

The lyrics are few on this 2001 gospel Christmas selection, but those few lyrics are sufficient – more than enough, if you will.  Hutchins penned this “Emmanuel,” the opener from the album,  💿 Norman Hutchins & JDI Christmas.  The spirited, uplifting gem was produced by 🎛 Professor James Roberson and Jason White.  Hutchins is backed by choir with no shortage of energy, who exalt Emmanuel to the utmost.  This exaltation becomes even greater and profound with the key modulations, showing the praise, spirit, and God’s mercifulness ascending to even loftier heights.  This near four-and-a-half-minute record speaks for itself and does not require additional dissection or extensive analysis – it sincerely praises God.  To those who believe, and to those who need something to believe in, We need him more than ever approaching another year in a chaotic, tumultuous world.  Worth noting, check out 🎙 Korean Soul slay on their cover of “Emmanuel” (must-hear)!
