Megan Thee Stallion taps Future for “Pressurelicious,” a respectable banger that ultimately does little to move the needle for either rapper.

“I’m pressure, I’m pressurelicious, yeah.” Okay, 🎙 Megan Thee Stallion, we see ya! The 🏆 Grammy-winning rapper returns with another single, 🎵 “Pressurelicious”. This time, she’s assisted by fellow 🏆 Grammy-winner, 🎙 Future. The results are respectable I suppose, but I wasn’t blown away by the single per se.
“Pressurelicious” features a malicious-sounding backdrop, produced by 🎛 Hitkidd and 🎛 Payday, set in a minor key. It is fuel for both rappers’ fire. As always, we get aggressive, unapologetic rhymes by Megan Thee Stallion. She drops the first verse, which is confident AF, and references her privates (shocker): “This pussy bomb (Yeah), explosive (Baow) / It’s soaking (Ah), osmosis (Mwah).” Megan follows up with the chorus, followed by the second verse, which she splits with Future. He comes out hot, dropping agile, fast-paced rhymes. Interestingly, Future seems to rap quicker than I’m accustomed to hearing which is interesting. Megan and Future also split the third verse, which encompasses predictable rap topics: sex, drip, and drugs.
