Måneskin, “MAMMAMIA” [📷: Epic]Italian rock band Måneskin shine on their raunchy, unapologetic single, “MAMMAMIA.”  They also, defend themselves, believe it or not.

“T

hey ask me why I’m so hot, ‘cause I’m Italiano.” Good to know, 🎙 Måneskin! The Italian 🇮🇹 rock band ‘bring the heat’ on their raunchy, unapologetic single, 🎵 “MAMMAMIA”. What stands out the most about “MAMMAMIA” is the sex.  Who doesn’t love a good, old sex-driven pop/rock banger? Of course, it also doesn’t hurt that the music is groovy, ferocious, and ‘turned TF up.’

“You wanna handle me, but I’m a bit too much / I’ll burn all the place down ‘cause I’m too fucking hot.” Day-um, that front man, 🎙 Damiano David is confident, without question! By confidence, consider the ‘size,’ which we infer is, um, BIG 🍆 💦.  It doesn’t stop there! He sings on the chorus, “I’m on my knees and I can’t wait to drink your rain.” ‘Mercy, mercy, mercy’, Cannonball Adderley! Beyond sex, however, Måneskin defends criticisms received as a band, giving “MAMMAMIA” a more meaningful message. On the second verse, David defends false perceptions of drug use: “I swear that I’m not drunk and I’m not taking drugs / They ask me why I’m so hot, ‘cause I’m Italiano.” There’s that opening quote in context, and it’s a day-um good one baby!

Final Thoughts 💭

Bitmoji ImageAll in all, Måneskin shines on “MAMMAMIA.”  The Italiano 🇮🇹 collective serve up sex, drugs, and rock and roll, even if the ‘drugs’ aren’t part of the equation.  No one can deny the raunchiness of “MAMMAMIA,” yet, it could honestly be worse, right? Hey, they only drop one f-bomb and even though it’s clear what Damiano and company are getting at, it’s more suggestive than blunt.  “MAMMAMIA” rocks!
