Jack Harlow, Come Home the Kids Miss You [📷: Generation Now / Atlantic]“I been a (G), throw up the (L), sex in the (A.M.), uh-huh / (O-R-O-U-S, yeah).” It seems as if 🎙 Jack Harlow season is upon us! The 🏆 Grammy-nominated rapper is on the upward trajectory, period.  Not only does he have the ladies swooning over him (he is good looking), but he knows how to make a hit.  After warming up with 🎵 “Nail Tech”, Harlow comes on even stronger with 🎵 “First Class”. “First Class” marks the second single from 💿 Come Home The Kids Miss You (arrives May 6, 2022).

The thing with Jack Harlow is, his delivery is chill and laid back. On “First Class,” he rides a 🎙 Fergie sample (🎵 “Glamorous”) like a boss. In fact, on the chorus, he lets Fergie do some of the heavy lifting! But still, he gets his point across, which involves that universal three-letter-word: SEX.  There’s also surefire confidence and drip involved too (“Uh, I got plaques in thе mail, peak season”), but we know exactly what Harlow has in mind with a line like, “Pineapple juice, I give her sweet, sweet, semen.” Of course, he must be aware how much these women are ‘in love with him’ so, why not play it off? “First Class” has plenty of cooks in the kitchen, featuring production courtesy of 🎛 Angel “BabeTruth” Lopez, 🎛 Charlie Handsome, 🎛 Jasper Harris, 🎛 Nickie Jono Pabón, and 🎛 Rogét Chahayed.  Well, at least the product is high quality!

Final Thoughts 💭

fire sunglassesCool energy.  That’s the best way to describe Jack Harlow.  Honestly, there’s just something about him – I get the hype.  On “First Class” he’s cool as a cucumber yet, he’s potent AF.  Two tracks in, 💿 Come Home The Kids Miss You should be an intriguing album.
