“I wouldn’t mind to take a dip in your pool.” Agreed, Isak Danielson. Hopefully, he, the hottie you sing about in “Sweat”, feels the same burning desire.  In the chorus of this brilliant pop cut, the Swedish pop musician adds, “I head first, like a boy with no rules / I, how can I be sweating when your water’s so cool? / I, keep sweating, I.” Danielson penned the sexy “Sweat” with producer, Simon Strömstedt.

Everything about “Sweat” is sweet. This is a passionate song. Isak Danielson sings authentically. His voice is beautiful.  His feelings are relatable and make you appreciate/yearn for love. “Fill my lungs, pour me out,” he sings in the first verse, continuing, “One more sip, better now.” In the second verse, taking the plunge, Danielson sings, “Diving deep I feel your chest / No more blues, I’m obsessed.”  Besides great vocals and thoughtful, love-driven lyrics, the backdrop is stunning too.  The instrumental supports this grandiose love that Danielson feels for him.  It’s worth noting that Isak, already sweating fiercely, desires the same from his boyfriend/prospective boyfriend. “I wanna see you sweat / I wanna burn my rules / Until I’m lying face down in your pool,” he sings in the post-chorus. Some songs need no extensive analysis. “Sweat” is one of them.  The music speaks for itself.
