Sia and Sean Paul continue to hold down the no. 1 spot with the infectious “Cheap Thrills.”  Otherwise, there are plenty of potential hit singles brewing on the Hot 100, led by the likes of The Chainsmokers and Halsey (“Closer”).  Here are 20 of the biggest chart stories from the Billboard Hot 100, dated August 27, 2016.
