Hot 100: Rae Sremmurd remain king on the Billboard Hot 100 as “Black Beatles” spends a fifth week at no. 1. 

For the fifth consecutive week, Rae Sremmurd lay claim to no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.  The southern rap duo’s breakthrough hit “Black Beatles” continues to thrive.  Beyond the flex-fest that is “Black Beatles,” Machine Gun Kelly and Camila Cabello have the next most noteworthy story, as “Bad Things” breaks into the top 10.  Still, there are more tales of the Billboard Hot 100 dated December 24, 2016.

1. Rae Sremmurd continues to dominate the competition with “Black Beatles” (featuring Gucci Mane), which spends a fifth week at no. 1.

2. Bruno Mars creeps up one spot with “24K Magic” (no. 5 to no. 4).

3. Maroon 5 – with the help of Kendrick Lamar – are slowly but surely earning another hit with “Don’t Wanna Know” (no. 8 to no. 7).

4. Machine Gun Kelly and Camila Cabello earn a top-10 hit with “Bad Things” (up from no. 17 to no. 10).
