G-Eazy, The Beautiful & The Damned © RCAG-Eazy returns with “The Beautiful & Damned,” the third single from his highly-anticipated third studio album, ‘The Beautiful & Damned.’

G-Eazy has experienced quite the rise to fame.  He’s defied the expectations, particularly for the white male rapper.  It seems that he has some staying power, as he drops his third studio album, The Beautiful & Damned.  In advance of The Beautiful and the Damned, the rapper has a number of singles including “No Limit,” “The Plan,” “The Beautiful & Damned,” and “Sunday in December.” On “The Beautiful & Damned,” Eazy is assisted by Zoe Nash.

“The Beautiful & Damned” opens in foreboding fashion.  No, it’s by no means ‘scary,’ but if the production is meant to capture the damned sensibility, it accomplishes the task.  Adding to the darker vibes are the assertive, unique vocals by Zoe Nash.  She definitely sets up G-Eazy with some fire, before he unleashes his hard-nosed rhymes with compelling flow intact.  As always, he’s confident to the nth degree and unapologetic AF.  The production work serves as ‘perfect fuel for the fire.’

Final Thoughts

Does G-Eazy expand his script on “The Beautiful & Damned?” Not necessarily, but he continues to highlight what makes him compelling as an artist.  He is fueled by the vocals of Zoe Nash, as well as the dark, hard-hitting production work.  In turn, his flow continues to be electric, while his rhymes are chocked-full of confidence and swagger.  He doesn’t offer anything ‘brand new’ lyrically, but all in all, he continues to “run like a well-oiled machine.”
