G-Eazy, The Beautiful & The Damned © RCAUbiquitous rapper G-Eazy returns with certified banger “No Limit” featuring Cardi B and A$AP Rocky.  It’s not game changing, but G-Eazy flexes hard.

G-Eazy seems to be everywhere these days.  Safe to say, Gerald is “rolling in the dough.” He’s remained busy in 2017, releasing an EP with DJ Carnage (Step Brothers), and appearing on numerous singles.  He returns with his own new single, “No Limit,” assisted by Cardi B and A$AP Rocky.  Banger? Definitely.

A$AP Rocky handles the chorus that kicks off “No Limit.”

“If I hit it one time I’ma pipe her / If I hit it two times then I like her / If I f*ck three times I’ma wife her / It ain’t safe for the black or the white girls…”

Essentially, Rocky sets the f*ckboy tone of “No Limit,” which totally suits G-Eazy, who follows up with the post-chorus, matching the cockiness A$AP Rocky.

“F*ck with me and get some money, yeah ayy / F*ck with me and get some money / F*ck with me and get some money / F*ck with G and get some money.”

G-Eazy follows up with a profane, cocky verse, which plays like what we’ve heard in the past.  Naturally, it encompasses sex, money, and his uncompromising confidence.  While it’s predictable, Gerald does drop a gem when he spits, “I might have to f*ck around and call Kamaiyah.”

Cardi B drops the second verse, matching the unapologetic nature of G-Eazy. While it’s the same script, it’s arguably a bit ‘fresher’ since Cardi B is a newbie blowing up thanks to “Bodak Yellow.”  The verse has its fair share of moments, including:

“Put a white boy on Sazón / I might turn G-Eazy out.”

Eazy drops the third verse, leaving A$AP Rocky solely to hook duties.  On his final verse, he references Costco rubbers, Damn Daniel, and Saint-Laurent.

Final Thoughts

“No Limit” features solid production work, perfectly tailored for a banger.  It’s nothing brand new lyrically or musically, but G-Eazy seems to thrive off of being cocky, over-confident, and chief amongst the f*ckboys.  Does he need to grow up? Perhaps, but right now, Gerald Gillum is flexing hard.
