Ervin Munir, My Heart | Song Review

rvin Munir is a folk singer who consistently delivers, as exemplified by his new single, “My Heart.” This song follows in the same vein as his previous releases, yet it has a newfound charisma and edge that proves Ervin’s versatility as a modern-day folk singer-songwriter.

“My Heart” begins with an acoustic guitar lead that plays out with a serene tone. The music gradually builds up, with the drums emerging subtly, staying relatively distant in the mix. Ervin sings with real passion, addressing themes of relationships and heartache. He conveys uncertainty about his next step, wondering whether to run away or get closer.

The great thing about this track is that it takes the listener on a journey through a range of emotions. While there is a definite sense of loneliness, the guitar work and the powerful finale give it a sense of optimism and vitality.
