Coi Leray & Nicki Minaj, “Blick Blick” | Track Review 🎵

Rappers Coi Leray and Nicki Minaj bring ample heat on the energetic banger, “Blick Blick.”

“I said, ‘Uh, push it, push it, click-click’ / Yeah, pop up on a opp and watch it blick, blick!” Woo! 🎙 Coi Leray didn’t come to play around on her latest single, 🎵 “Blick Blick”.  The rising rapper collaborates with the one-and-only 🎙 Nicki Minaj on this surefire banger.  With a simple but potent instrumental fueling the fire (🎛 Dr. Luke, 🎛 Rocco Did It Again!, 🎛 Ryan OG, and 🎛 Mike Crook), Coi and Nicki bring plenty of energy to the track.

“Yeah, want a bad bitch like me? Keep on wishin’ baby,” Coi Leray spits confidently with a gives-no-f#¢ks attitude. She goes off in the first verse, period.  Expectedly, the most popular topic is S-E-X. “Yeah, I hop on to and ride that dick, he actin’ lazy / Yeah that pussy soakin’ wet, it’s drippin’ like a navy.” Woo, girl! It doesn’t stop there with assertions like, “They know I’m the shit, I need some tissue, baby,” and more sex in the form of “Eat the cookie like a Nutter Butter- butter / Lick this pussy like just fa-la-la-la-la-la.” Wow! Of course, ‘The Queen,’ Nicki Minaj, gets her bars in on verse two, including some epic pop cultural references from the start.  She remembers 🎙 Pop Smoke and 🎙 DMX, and closes out her verse with a surefire bang:

“I’m the leader bitches follow, follow, follow

I created this shit, Tyler, Tyler, Tyler

Grab his mic and sing it, fa-la-la-la-la-la.”

Final Thoughts 💭 

Safe to say, “Blick Blick” is a surefire banger.  Coi Leray is hardnosed, tough, and sexed-up while Nicki Minaj is true to self – that needs no further explanation.  Is this ‘the second coming?’ Nah, we’ve heard it before many times, but the results are ultimately successful.
