The good news is those blues translate into some marvelous, marvelous songs. Gen-Z, Seattle, Washington artist charlieonnafriday (Charlie Finch) used his love pain to construct a viral pop hit with “Enough” in 2022. He continues to express his feelings on the utterly sublime, tuneful chorus: “Two face promise, scars and traumas / You put me through enough  / Yeah, I’ve been through, through / Enough with you…” Finch penned “Enough” alongside Jeffrey Baranowski, Jordan Santana, Luke Milano, Riley Alba, Seth Reger, and producers Tyler Dopps and Diamond Pistols.  The results are sweet.

“Yeah, had to walk away from all the lies / I think that it’s time for me to rise again,” Finch asserts in the first verse. She was straight up cappin’! In the second verse, he makes it clear, “It’s time to leave, you gotta go /… I’m sick of you and all your moods / And I ain’t here to play no games.” Just like in the chorus, Charlie pours his heart out, sounding authentic.  He’s backed by slick backdrop with a hard-hitting beat providing the foundation.  Essentially, enough is enough – this must end! With “Enough”, clearly, charlieonnafriday makes a statement that is relatable – more than enough to earn our listening attention!
