The Swedish noise rock band is unapologetic AF, if you couldn’t tell from the opening lyrics of 🎵 “Lipstick on My Dick.” Of course, when the song is titled “Lipstick on My Dick,” you know that the artist is thinking with the wrong head! This raunchy rock record, which appears on Brainbombs’1996 album, 💿 Obey, isn’t deep – quite an understatement! 🎙 Peter Råberg and company think with the love stick on this fierce rock cut.

No deep, lyrical analysis is necessary beyond those lyrics. One reason is because repetitive lyrics are one of the characteristics of Brainbombs. Another reason is because the band is known for its random, obscure approach to lyrics. Furthermore, the noisiness of the record – those distorted guitars – is part of the charm. You don’t need poetic lyrics to produce a fierce, noisy brand of rock, do you? 🎵 “Lipstick on My Dick” – now that’s some kind of sh– 🤘!
