Future, Future © EpicFuture keeps on rolling, earning another no. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with his surprise, self-titled effort. 

Future earns another no. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with his surprise album, Future. Definitely a big deal, Future moved 140,000 units, a robust total in the current music industry climate.  Future was the only artist to put his mark on the Billboard 200 this week.  New albums from Charlie Wilson, Ryan Adams, and Alison Krauss also grace the top 10 of the Billboard 200, dated March 11, 2017.

 

  1. Future debuts at no. 1 with his surprise self-titled effort. In addition to Future, DS2, arguably the rapper’s best effort, rises from no. 93 to no. 68 in its 84th charting week.

 

  1. After debuting at no. 1 last week, the Fifty Shades Darker original motion picture soundtrack slips to no. 3.

 

  1. Big Sean exits the top-five. I Decided. slips from no. 3 to no. 6 in its third charting week.

 

 

  1. Charlie Wilson debuts at no. 7 with In It to Win It.

 

 

  1. Ryan Adams debuts at no. 8 with Prisoner.

 

 

  1. Alison Krauss takes the Windy City to a no. 9 bow.

 

  1. After resurging, Adele sees 25 exit the top 10, slipping from no. 6 to no. 11.

 

 

  1. Shawn Mendes experiences a big surge as Illuminate ascends from no. 42 to no. 19, 22 weeks in.

 

  1. Beyoncé exits the top 10 as Lemonade slides from no. 9 to no. 22. Don’t feel bad for Queen Bey – the album has charted for 44 weeks.

  1. Jessie James Decker takes her new EP, Gold, to a no. 33 bow.
