bbno$ & Ironmouse, 1-800 [📷: bbno$ / broke]Canadian rapper-singer bbno$ continues to drop confident, fun, electro-rap bangers with “1-800,” where he collaborates with Ironmouse.

“Don’t fuck this shit up for me.” Ooh-wee! Um, excuse me, bbno$ (Alexander Gumuchian)?!  Our beloved, silly Canadian rapper-singer drops another electro-rap banger with “1-800”.  This round, he collaborates with Puerto Rican VTuber, singer, and Twitch streamer, Ironmouse. Ironmouse’s distinct vocal timbre makes “1-800” quite intriguing. Gumuchian co-wrote “1-800” with Ironmouse, Jesse Saint John, and producer Diamond Pistols (Christian Dold).

“1-800” begins with a brief intro, which is an excerpt from the forthcoming chorus. In the chorus, bbno$ brags that he’s, “Still on that 1-800, hit me up for a good time / My shit bumps ‘til it push me outta line…” Ironmouse asserts, “One, eight, zero, zero, he’s so handsome, he’s my hero.” From there, bbno$ drops the first verse, referencing “it boy” and good sex.  Sex remains part of the equation in the second verse, where he raps, “Yeah, dick real deadly, do a lil’ damage / Got, like, 20 children, Nick Cannon.” Oh, my! Another striking lyrical moment: “Got good DNA, shawty thick, got TNA / I’m makin’ moves, no POA / Ain’t bustin’ quick, no ETA.” Ultimately, “1-800” is your standard, fun, take-it-with-a-grain-of-salt, bbno$ joint. He is confident as always, and compels with his cadence, flow, and personality. The backdrop, produced by Diamond Pistols, is potent and sleek – the expectation on a bbno$ track at this point.  It’s not a song that’ll change your life, but, it’s an entertaining song to add and spin on the summer playlist.
