bbno$, check [📷: bbno$]The ever carefree, goofy Canadian rapper and singer bbno$ keeps it fun, lighthearted, and silly AF on his brief single, “check.”

“Igot money, cabbage, I’m an addict / Spell it out like Reader Rabbit / Clapping cheekies in the hammock / Got no rubber on, save the planet.” Folks, the self-described “Gen-Z Eminem” is back! bbno$ (Alexander Gumuchian) should always be taken with a grain of salt.  Also, while saving the planet is awesome, so is ‘wrapping it up,’ buddy! Anyways, the handsome, ‘ball of fun’ Canadian rapper drops another banger with “check”.  “Check” is short but utterly sweet – two minutes of silly but fun and infectiousness. Produced by dwilly, “check” samples the funk classic “Low Rider” by War.  “Low Rider” is ample fuel for bbno$’s fire.  The backdrop is groovy, while Gumuchian eats with his compelling cadence and flow.

“Holy guacamole, yeah she ridin’ my little pony / Got me bricked up, Al Capone / Smooth and cold, last name Zamboni.” Damn, bbno$.  It’s not the only time his penis is mentioned. “Sail the seven seas, got dick like Moby,”  he asserts in second verse, referencing the novel and his junk.  Also, he informs, “Oh my god / Yeah, I’m swinging big dick energy.” The chorus is the section to beat where Gumuchian is the shit:

“I stay crossing off my list

Got my money and my bitch

That’s a check.”

Woo! Beyond the enjoyable nature of the song, the music video is incredibly entertaining to watch.  As usual, bbno$ does dumb stuff, and rocks out shirtless and in his undies. If you got it (and he does, flaunt it! I never tire of hearing bbno$ be goofy. There is nothing transcendent about “check”, but transcendence isn’t necessary with this fly Canadian guy.
