In a week where it seemed impossible, Barbra Streisand (Encore) debuts at no. 1 on the Billboard 200.  Babs didn’t have it easy – she went against formidable opponents in Florida Georgia Line (Dig Your Roots) and Britney Spears (Glory).  Despite a difficult task, Babs is the queen and the top chart story for the Billboard 200, dated September 17, 2016.
