“4 Da Gang” samples German heavy metal collective, Scorpion, specifically “No One Like you”; this gives the record an interesting sound – some rock influence

Dugg & Ricch keep things short, as “4 Da Gang” runs just past two-and-a-half-minutes in duration

Dugg raps about typical rap fare: sex, drip, and drugs

Dugg doesn’t bring much substance to the record, but I like his melodic, confident flow; he rides the beat by TayTayMadeIt with ease

Catchy, melodic chorus by both artists (performing respective lines)

Like 42, Ricch is confident AF on his verse: “Number one n****a, but they’re never gon’ admit it.”

Ricch raps about expensive cars, sex (“I got model bitches that be tryna call me for sex”), and also seems to cleverly allude to his Grammy-nominated hit, “The Box” (“I got n***as in the box, gon’ call me collect”) 

This is a banger but certainly offers up nothing transcendent or game changing, nonetheless, it’s enjoyable

42 Dugg & Roddy Ricch don’t change the game with the Scorpions-sampling “4 Da Gang,” but they end up releasing a hella enjoyable banger, nonetheless.
