ell, SCANNING THE CHARTS is just what it says it is.  I, the quirky founder and do-it-all at The Musical Hype scans through the Billboard Charts and picks out things that catch my eye. This column isn’t extensive, but rather short and sweet.  This week, I picked out 13 notable observations from the Billboard 200 📉,  and 8 observations from the Billboard Hot 100 📉, with 🎙 Drake returning to the top spot on the Billboard 200, 🎙 Lana Del Rey earning the highest debut at no. 8, and 🎙 Adele holding down the top spot on the Hot 100.

Billboard 200 📉

💭 🎙 Drake returns to no. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 💿 Certified Lover Boy after slipping to no. 2 last week.

💭 🎙 Morgan Wallen sees 💿 Dangerous: The Double Album ascend six spots from no. 8 to no. 2 in its 42nd week on the Billboard 200.
